A comprehensive malaria control programme supported by #InternationalSOS and other partners has reduced malaria incidence by 80% in two provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The programme included interventions such as community health worker training, distribution of insecticide-treated bed nets, and malaria diagnosis and treatment services. By working closely with local authorities, health facilities, and communities, the programme was able to reach thousands of people and make a significant impact on malaria prevention and control.
